After several years in the storage division at IBM Sven joined SVA GmbH in 2001 and took on the role as Managing Director in 2003, he is responsible for products and services as well as new business initiatives. Sven is the driving force behind the worldwide adoption and expansion of the BVQ storage performance management portfolio. Sven’s leadership skills, analytical mind and expertise in business economics has and will continue to ensure the team is strategically aligned for success.
Don has over 20 years of experience developing marketing and partner enablement strategies, he is a technologist at heart and possesses a strong track record of building highly productive organizations for young, fast-growing start-up technology companies. In his role at SVA Software, he is responsible for all aspects of global marketing strategy and execution.
Don joins SVA software from Virtual Instruments where he was responsible for global partner enablement. Prior to Virtual Instruments he was a member of the founding leadership team at FalconStor Software. Don has held numerous board and chair positions within the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) where he was instrumental in the adoption of iSCSI. He brings a valuable combination of technical and enterprise marketing skills to SVA Software, including his extensive knowledge of cloud computing, infrastructure optimization and storage management.
Jo McCausland is the Senior Vice-President of North American Sales and Channels at SVA Software. Jo brings with her extensive experience in sales and Channel development. Jo is responsible for coordinating all partner and sales related activities for SVA Software. Jo is responsible for partner recruitment, identifying sales opportunities and creating a sales pipeline that will drive increasing BVQ product and services revenue.
Prior to joining SVA Software, Jo held several Director of Channels and Business Development roles with both established technology companies and start-ups including Virtual Instruments, VCE, FalconStor Software, Crossroads Systems, TippingPoint, Novell and Siemens Communications.
Anne-Kathrin specialized in enterprise storage sales at IBM for numerous years, before joining the SVA team leading international sales for the BVQ product line. Ann-Kathrin is a highly accomplished technology sales leader with a proven background driving revenues and profitability through effective strategic planning, financial management, and operational expertise and channel dynamics. Ann-Kathrin leads all BVQ international sales engagements, and demand generation campaigns for BVQ.
Michael brings over 20 years of storage infrastructure experience to SVA Software. As the Director of Product Strategy, he is intimately engaged with customers, channel partners, and SVA’s Engineering organization as well as helps shape the product direction and strategy.
Prior to SVA, Michael was with IBM for 15 years, one of his roles at IBM was as Technical Sales lead for the SVC product line, he held this role from the inception of SVC in 2003 to 2011 when he left IBM to join SVA as a strategist to help guide creating awarness around the value BVQ. Michaels real world experieinces combined with his in-depth knowledge around SVC is a huge contributng factor in streamlining communication and educational initiatives for SVA‘s partners and customers. In addition Michael founded an leads an SVC user group.
Felix SVA Software’s Director of Services, leads the worldwide product services teams in support of customers and partners. Before assuming his current position, he spent over 10 years in the private sector supporting storage virtualization infrastructures, specifically IBM Spectrum Virtualize (aka IBM SAN Volume Controller) and Storwize systems.
Felix was an SVA customer for 3 years, before he joined our services organization 6 years ago. He was so impressed with the capabilities of the BVQ solution that he wanted to be part of educating and helping others solve their storage performance challenges.
