Sven EichelbaumCEO SVA Software Inc. & Managing Director of SVA System Vertrieb Alexander GmbH
After several years in storage division at IBM, Sven joined SVA GmbH in 2001 and took on the role as Managing Director in 2003. He is responsible for products and services as well as new business initiatives. Sven is the driving force behind the worldwide adoption and expansion of the portfolio. Sven’s leadership skills, analytical mind and expertise in business economics has and will continue to ensure the team is strategically aligned for success.
Anne-Kathrin was specialized in enterprise storage sales at IBM for numerous years, before joining the SVA GmbH team in 2012 leading international sales. Anne-Kathrin is a highly accomplished technology sales leader with a proven background driving revenues and profitability through effective strategic planning, financial management, operational expertise and channel dynamics.
Seth OxenhornVP Sales & Business Development
Seth Oxenhorn brings to SVA Software, Inc. over 25 years of extensive IT sales and business development executive expertise.
Through the course of his career, Mr. Oxenhorn has been responsible for the development and revenue performance of strategic channel partners. Mr. Oxenhorn has extensive experience in forging strategic alliances, managing sales teams, GTM strategy, and delivering revenue growth. As an early member of FalconStor Software (2000-2017), and as VP of Global Strategic Alliances, Mr. Oxenhorn was integral in the establishment of key OEM and strategic partnerships with companies including EMC, IBM, HDS, Oracle, and others. Prior to joining FalconStor, Mr. Oxenhorn held several sales and marketing positions in the information technology sector for Cheyenne Software, Reuters (Multex) and Opus360. Mr. Oxenhorn holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Kevin LueySenior Technical Solutions Consultant IBM Z
Kevin brings over 20 years of Mainframe Performance Measurement, Tuning and Capacity Planning experience to SVA Software, Inc.. As the Mainframe Senior Technical Solutions Consultant and Team Leader, he is working closely with customers, channel partners, sales, marketing and SVA Software, Inc. Software Engineering Team with consulting and technical delivery of our zWorkload Reporter and zGuard IPA and EPA Service Offering.
Prior to joining SVA Software, Inc. Kevin has been recognized for his expertise and innovative methods with Enterprise Capacity Planning, Performance Measurement and Tuning for both Mainframe and Distributed Systems across industries including Banking, Wall Street, Financial, Insurance, Healthcare, Airline, Car Manufacturers, Supermarket, Retail and Computer Semi-Conductor Chip Manufacturer.
Rosario NeumanSolution Consultant BVQ
Rosario Neuman engages with business partners and customers to help them work more efficiently and optimize their storage infrastructure.
Rosario brings 15 years of experience working with IBM’s storage infrastructure as a member of the pre-sales team where she designed storage solutions to meet customer’s business needs. In addition, she brings expertise in the Storage performance analysis area where she has worked with enterprise customer’s to help them size and optimize storage infrastructures to meet performance requirements.
Michael PirkerChief Technology Strategist BVQ
Michael brings over 20 years of storage infrastructure experience to SVA GmbH. He is intimately engaged with customers, channel partners, and SVA’s Engineering organization as well as he is shaping the product direction and strategy with the BVQ team in Germany.
Prior to SVA GmbH, Michael was with IBM for 15 years. One of his roles at IBM was the Technical Sales lead for the Spectrum Virtualize product line. He held this role from the inception of Spectrum Virtualize in 2003 until 2011 when he left IBM to join SVA GmbH. Michaels experiences combined with his in-depth knowledge around Spectrum Virtualize is a huge contributing factor in streamlining communication and educational initiatives for SVA GmbH‘s partners and customers. In addition, Michael founded and now leads the German Spectrum Virtualize User Group.
Lisa SchwabDirector of Sales and Marketing, North America
Lisa brings a more than ten year experience in selling complex IT solutions to business departments like finance, sales, marketing and across all IT divisions. She is a passionate manager and leader with a proven track record and a will to succeed. Over the last years she was leading high performing sales teams in IBM with focus on datacenter solutions, IBM Middleware, AI infused offerings, SaaS and also Pass which allows her to get her head around new things easily and adopt new challenges very quickly.
Lisa has been recognized with numerous awards like “Best of IBM” and “Sales Eminence Award”, she’s holding a Masters degree from the University of Trier (Germany) and successfully attended courses at London Business School.

Gaylene LaimbeerSenior Technical Solution Consultant
Gaylene comes to SVA Software, Inc. as a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant supporting the Mainframe products zWorkload Reporter, zGuard and zMaint. Gaylene brings over 25 years of comprehensive System Programming support for IBM Mainframe environments to the zOptimizations team. Her experience as a Senior Systems Programmer gives her in-depth expertise in z/OS, CICS Transaction Server, and multiple ISV products. She will engage with both business partners and customers to assess and conduct extensive performance tuning and cost savings initiatives. Prior to SVA Software, Inc. Gaylene worked in the Not for profit, Telecommunications and Software Service industries. She has a Master of Arts from the University of Oklahoma.
Shane WomackMarketing Technologist
Shane joins SVA Software, Inc., with over 15 years of experience in marketing, SaaS sales and publishing experience. He has a passion for business technology solutions and will be leading the marketing team with SVA Software for North America. Shane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Louisiana State University.
